OCHR is a nonprofit, nongovernmental organization responsible for implementing relief, stabilization, and development programs across Afghanistan. Specializing in meeting the needs of communities emerging from conflict or natural disaster, OCHR collaborates with a wide range of partners and donors, local organizations, and many others to deliver sustainable services.
OCHR is looking for a qualified national trainer to lead a training of returnees and IDPs in promoting a culture of peace and non-violence in Nangarhar and Kunar province. The purpose of this training is to synergize the knowledge and expertise of the selected households on promoting culture of peace and non-violence. The training is aimed to enhance returnees and IDPs competence, knowledge and skills on methods, tools and application of culture of peace and non-violence; preparing action planning in response to promoting culture of peace and non-violence. The instruction language of the training will be Pashtu and Dari where applicable. The number of participants will be 200.
