| Endorsement Quote | The Ateneo Peace Institute is endorsing the initiatives of the Global Campaign for Peace Education (GPCE) as it is one of the organizations that seek to address conflict and violence from its roots through education. Aside from that, GCPE also relentlessly renders its support to other organizations that hope to promote awareness and knowledge about peace issues. Thus, the efforts of the GCPE, in its very core, is truly catalytic as it does not only focus its efforts in one area but also globally. As the University's forefront in promoting peace and development initiatives in Mindanao, the Ateneo Peace Insitute (API) supports the Global Campaign for Peace Education(GCPE) as it shares the same mission of creating a culture of peace and non-violence. The API believes that peace education should be given equal importance as it is an important tool in addressing deep-seated peace and conflict issues.
