This virtual discussion will bring women activists and scholars from several countries to voice the invaluable often unpaid work to achieve human security under patriarchal situations. “Learning for Lasting Peace” – International Day of Education 2024

To celebrate the International Day of Education, UNESCO organized a day of dialogue on education for peace on 24 January 2024 at the United Nations Headquarters in New York City on the theme of “Learning for Lasting Peace.” The panel included remarks by Tony Jenkins, coordinator of the Global Campaign for Peace Education.
