The International Conference on Conflict Resolution Education (CRE) will take place May 22 – 25, 2018 in Cleveland, OH (USA). The conference is an opportunity to engage in interdisciplinary collaboration and research. Presentations will focus on innovations in the field that are making broad impacts in local, state, national, and international communities.

Proposals Due November 27th.

Co-hosted by:  Case Western Reserve University with support from Cleveland State University, John Carroll University and Cuyahoga Community College

Audience:

  • Primary, secondary and higher education faculty, staff and administrators,
  • Policy makers and government personnel at all levels – boards, commissions, councils, legislature, agencies
  • Researchers
  • Non-profit and community leaders, and
  • Anyone wishing to make positive change in their communities.

Participants will exchange best practices, evaluation methodology, creation of policy implementation structures, consideration of obstacles to success, and new and innovative use of training, resources and technology. Hello: While technically we have selected the proposals, if we have a proposal for some outstanding work not already represented, I will send the proposal on to the review committee as long as we receive the proposals by January 15th. Please note, we are not able to provide letters of invitation to those outside the U.S. who are not presenting.
